RentFlow is a lightweight landlord tool for shared houses. The current version does not require an account and is designed to keep your data on your device whenever possible.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how RentFlow (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) handles information when you use our mobile application.

2. What the App does

RentFlow helps shared-house landlords track rooms and tenants, mark rent status, split utility bills, and log simple repair issues.

3. Information we collect

We do not require login or registration.

In the current version:

• We do not create user accounts.
• We do not intentionally collect personal information for advertising or profiling.
• We do not sell your data.
• Information you enter in the App (such as room names, tenant names, rent amounts, bill totals, and repair notes) is stored on your device for the App to function.

If you choose to share bill split amounts with others (for example by copying text into a messaging app), that sharing happens through the tools you select on your device. We do not operate those third-party services.

4. Permissions and device data

The App may request only permissions needed for features you use (for example, photo access if you attach an image to a repair issue). We do not use permissions for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

Like most apps, your device or app store platform may automatically process basic technical information for crash protection, security, or distribution. We do not use that information to identify you for marketing.
